BLACK BOOKCLUB: Light Excerpts, Deep Cuts

$50.00

A one-off therapeutic group for Black and multiethnic individuals to engage in narrative-based healing through literature and reflective dialogue. Centered around short excerpts—from books, poems, and essays—this group offers a space to slow down, process, and connect through shared stories and meaningful conversation.

Facilitated by a licensed therapist, the session is grounded in narrative and art therapy principles, supporting exploration of race, identity, and personal meaning in a safe, affirming environment. Participants are invited to bring one short excerpt (up to 300 words) that resonates with them. Together, we’ll read, reflect, and open space for healing dialogue. No need to perform—just come as you are, with your words and your presence.
